Mission Hills Legacy is a group of differently designed communities at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California. These homes, ranging from quaint condos to luxurious estates, offer beautiful living and club amenities, as well as many different options to choose from.
The Legacy at Mission Hills features the land around Dinah Shore Golf Course. Homes in on this 126 acre development have course views and only about 300 lots were built, giving the homeowners plenty of space and privacy. The Mission Hills collection at Legacy was built around eleven homes in a lakefront design that has detached casitas. The living space ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and were built in 2003.
The Legacy at Oakhurst was built around the Pete Dye Golf course with 60 homes on either side. There are three different floor plans between 2,700 and 3,500 square feet to chose from. These homes were built in 2003-2004.
The Mission Hills country Club is one of the area’s premier resorts and offers a variety of membership opportunities. There are three championship courses including The Arnold Palmer Course at 6,834 yards and The Pete Dye Course at 6,955 yards. The 17-acre practice facilities are also superior with a driving range, four putting greens, and a chipping area.
The club’s award-winning tennis facilities offer 34 world class courts with different surfaces. There is always a match available regardless of the skill level. The club also has four pickle ball courts, croquet facilities, two bocce courts, and a spa and fitness center. The clubhouse has a kinesis wall, yoga classes, and personal trainers. The club dining facilities offer upscale menus, cocktail hour, and banquet services.
The city of Rancho Mirage is just minutes away with upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Coachella Valley has many trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
